Returns & Exchanges

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, unworn, in original condition, with original tags and packaging. Promotional items or free gifts must also be returned or their retail value may be deducted from the refund.

Returns are subject to a $14.90 processing fee covering return shipping and restocking costs. Alternatively, you may request the full $14.90 back as store credit for future purchases.

Exchanges for another size or color within the 30-day period are completely free and subject to product availability.

All eligible electronic products include a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If an electronic product fails during normal use within 30 days of delivery, it may be exchanged at no cost, even if it has been used. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, water damage, or normal wear and tear.

Orders delivered within the European Union benefit from the statutory 14-day cooling-off period, subject to applicable law.

Final sale items, clearance items, gift cards, and products excluded by law are not eligible for return.

Approved refunds are processed after inspection and are typically issued within approximately 3 business days to the original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact our support with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once processing or shipping begins, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
