Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, unworn, in original condition, with original tags and packaging. Promotional items or free gifts must also be returned or their retail value may be deducted from the refund.
Return FeeReturns are subject to a $14.90 processing fee covering return shipping and restocking costs. Alternatively, you may request the full $14.90 back as store credit for future purchases.
Free ExchangesExchanges for another size or color within the 30-day period are completely free and subject to product availability.
30-Day Electronics WarrantyAll eligible electronic products include a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If an electronic product fails during normal use within 30 days of delivery, it may be exchanged at no cost, even if it has been used. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, water damage, or normal wear and tear.
